The reality is in the fact that everyone is completely unique, one of a kind, incomparable to anyone else in the world and, in fact, each one of us are irreplaceable due to the uniqueness. You are the only living example of who you are in this world of today.
How then can anyone classify you as a normal person? How can anyone be tested or measured against that so called "Norm" when there is no starting point or ending point to measure, when dealing with the uniqueness, and therefore any human ‘norm’ or template cannot quantify human behaviour through a standard which no one can define in creating such a "norm" in human behaviour? If the "norm" is a myth, then so are the results of any psychometric or other test that use "Norm" as the standard. There is only one unique you, therefore we cannot measure a person!
Functional Auditing never uses a "norm" to quantify human behaviour but we quantify the intensity of the effect that an environment has, or reaction the environment has on your holistic functioning. These reactions are based on your inner personal values, in order of preferences or hierarchy, based on those things called personal values – which are those personal values that drives you in every aspect of your life - in accordance to what your likes or passions are and what scares you or things that would demotivate you if present within your living or working environment.
So what are those personal values or ‘buttons’ which make you tick?
What are the dynamic attributes by which you process every single decision, choice or action in your life?
