Instructions.
By following the simple in instructions below;
1. Click on the Login button in the top right hand corner of the Home page.
2. Click Here to Register .
3. Choose the Job application radio button for a Job Application or alternatively Career Planner button if doing a Career planner as seen below, then click on Next Step.
4. Complete all your details and use - Advert no: JVS343 which is necessary to complete the Job application process.
5. Fill in all your details and thereafter Click "Next Step"
6. Complete the resume by filling in all the fields applicable to you.
7. Once completed press the next button and then print all your details making sure all the details are correct.
8. You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration with confirmation of your Username and Password.
10. Wait untill you receive the next E-mail informing you that your account has been activated.
11. Login again using your Username and Password then click on the relevant Career planning inventory and then start the audit or assessment.
12: You will continue for approximately 45 minutes before you will be shut out of the system for 45 minutes whereafter
you can complete the inventory.

If such manipulation takes place you will be banned from participating in The Job Bank recruitment program.
To start the audit process, you must have an Advert Reference Number and a valid E-mail address, failing which you will not be able to register.

OVERVIEW
The fact that you are a unique human being makes it impossible to quantify any unique human being, as there are no starting points or ending points to measure from. To be able to quantify any human at best we have to measure the effect the environment has on any person functioning.
Through this methodology we can establish certain constructs or things that have an effect on that persons which are created through the different environments present in that persons life. Each and every environment can easily be scientifically defined. To achieve these objectives we need to ask numerous, similar and repetitive questions.
This is necessary, in order to make extra sure that we get an accurate and reliable result. Therefore each construct is asked on average, approximately 10 times. This is what gives our Audit such high validity and reliability.
In order to meet this standard, one may only answers questions for approximately 35 minutes. After this time the system will log you out for at least 45 minutes.
After the time out period you can log on again and continue with the Audit. Depending what assessment you are completing you can have up to 980 questions. If you are doing the Career Planner you should be able to complete the audit in one sitting (Approximately 400 questions).
When selecting your relationships while registering, you can only select one brother and one sister. If you have more than one brother or sister answer the questions regarding the brother or sister you have the lesser relationship with.
Should you not be married select partner and answer it in relationship to whom you are living with. It is not necessary to have a wife in order to have a partner. The results should be interpreted as the person you selected as a partner.
